Above Carpenter’s Lane, a Balcony provides picture- perfect glances of Congress Hall, Carpenter’s Lane and Perry Street. The living area faces the roof tops of Washington Mall and Carpenter’s Lane, and includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and dining area for four with a full kitchen. Additional guests may utilize an inflatable bed, providing sleeping accommodations for up to five guests.
