This September, Chef Zaitoun will elevate "surf and turf" to a new level with a five-course dinner on the Congress Hall Veranda.

Experience an unforgettable evening at Congress Hall’s Veranda Dinner Series with a five-course celebration of steak and Cape May oysters. Begin with freshly-shucked raw oysters and expertly-grilled oysters, prepared right on the lawn by your table. Enjoy a vibrant family-style spring salad, followed by the show-stopping Tomahawk steak, grilled on the lawn, cut tableside, and served with smoked salt, chimichurri, and béarnaise. Indulge in family-style sides, including truffle mac and cheese, buttered chive mashed potatoes, and asparagus. End the evening with the decadent Death by Chocolate dessert, a rich and indulgent finale to this exceptional culinary experience.
