This recipe can be made vegetarian by subbing vegetable stock for the chicken stock and substituting 1 cup of grated parmesan for the Kielbasa.
Directions
- Cut your Kielbasa into ¼ inch rounds and sauté in batches until browned.
- Cut your onions into ½ dice and sauté until golden, adding thyme halfway until done.
- Sautee your garlic until golden. Add your stock, & bay leaf. Add beans. Simmer until liquid is reduced by ¼.
- Add Beach Plum Farm Kielbasa , chopped rosemary, & nutmeg. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add Beach Plum Farm Swiss chard and simmer until wilted.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with some nice, crusty bread & butter.
