This September, Chef Zaitoun will elevate "surf and turf" to a new level with a five-course dinner on the Congress Hall Veranda.

As summer gives way to early fall, Chef Zaitoun reimagines surf and turf with a distinctly Cape May sensibility. This five-course Veranda dinner pairs perfectly seared steak with locally harvested oysters, thoughtfully prepared to honor both land and sea. An inviting close to the summer season, Shuck & Sear 2.0 offers a polished evening of bold flavors, coastal tradition, and enduring hospitality at Congress Hall.
